Session Description
Managing patients with monogenic kidney diseases requires a broad knowledge of an ever-changing and multidisciplinary set of resources and guidelines. This session includes updates on genetic nomenclature and resources for gene and variant interpretation, discusses considerations around genetic testing in the setting of transplantation, educates clinicians on fertility options for patients in child-rearing years, and discusses delivering genetic results to patients.
