Poster Instructions
Posters must be presented in-person in San Diego. Please contact ASN at kidneyweek@asn-online.org for guidance if no one can present your poster in-person.

Poster Printing
ASN offers discounted poster printing through our preferred provider, Digital Acumen's APPRISOR. This service is easy and convenient and gives you the option to have your poster delivered directly to San Diego to pick up at the Exhibit Hall on the morning of your presentation.
Further information will be emailed to the presenting author by September 20 from APPRISOR via upload@scientificposters.com. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox, and add this email address to your contacts to ensure receipt.

Poster presenters are strongly encouraged to prepare an ePoster in addition to their printed poster. Click here to download ePoster guidelines.
The secured Kidney Week 2024 ePoster submission site opens for presenting authors in late September at https://submit.scientificposters.com/asn.
