NTDS Targeting Zero Infections Series

This series of interactive, case-based sessions will introduce the Nephrologists Transforming Dialysis Safety Project (NTDS) and address the urgent need to enhance infection control and prevention practices for all infectious threats in US dialysis facilities. A recent case investigated by the CDC will be used to demonstrate the critical role nephrologists play as team leaders to continuously protect and improve the safety of patients on dialysis. Tools will be referenced which will enable nephrologists to lead the pursuit of zero preventable infections.
