*To register as an ASN Fellow/Trainee Member or Student Member, your fellow/trainee membership or student membership must be current. Your fellow/trainee or student membership must be confirmed BEFORE registration. If you do not register as fellow/trainee member or student member and then apply for ASN membership, you will not be eligible for a refund of the difference in fees. To qualify for a complimentary membership fellow/trainee membership or student membership, you must be a nephrology fellow, postdoctoral trainee, undergraduate student, graduate student, medical student, or resident, and you can complete your membership application here for FREE: ASN Fellow/Trainee/Student Membership.
Registration must be completed online. You cannot register via a paper form or over the phone. ASN accepts American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. ASN cannot accept wire transfers for registration fees. Registration materials will be confirmed via email, so please provide a valid email address.
Registration Materials
Registration materials will be available onsite at the ASN Registration Desk in the Terrace Ballroom Foyer of the Lansdowne Resort. The ASN Registration Desk will open at 3:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 4. Please have your confirmation email available as proof of registration to receive your course materials.
Meals
Registration includes breakfasts on May 5-7, lunches on May 5-7, and dinners on May 4-6.
For trainees participating in the Workforce Development Program on May 7, dinner is included.
Networking Activities
Various networking activities will take place during the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less $100 fee, will be granted for requests received in writing no later than Monday, April 7, 2025. Requests can be emailed to meetings@asn-online.org. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the course. After Monday, April 7, 2025, all sales are final.
