Category I Events
Category I Events are held during times that do not conflict with the Kidney Week Program. As such, these events do not incur event fees.

Non-Refundable Processing Fee (paid after event is approved):
$100 by August 2
$200 on/after August 3
$400 additional for Non-Exhibitors

$100 change fee for approved events. Change requests can only be submitted online using the Change Request Form.

Category II Events
Category II Events are held during times that conflict with the Kidney Week Program. As such, these events incur an event fee of $800.00 for every four (4) hour time period reserved. These events may also take place during non-ASN hours. However, in order to be classified as a Category II event, the event hours must overlap with the approved times listed below. (i.e. An event that occurs on Thursday, October 24 from 6:15 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. would be a Category I event. Whereas an event that occurs on Thursday, October 24 from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. would be a Category II event.

Event Fee:
$800.00 per (4) hour time period up to (8) hours OR $2800 per (24) hour period. Limit (2) 24 Hour Holds per company.

Approved Category II events may be held at any time during Kidney Week but must overlap with the hours below.

Category III Events
Category III Events may only be held during times that do not conflict with the Kidney Week Program and may include Kidney Week participants. These events are invitation only. The event fee is based on the number of participants attending the event.

Investigator/Consultant Updates, Advisory Board Meetings, Roundtables, and Social Functions
Audience:
Invitation ONLY; May include Kidney Week participants
Time:
Held during non-ASN event hours
Non-Refundable Processing Fee:
Waived
Event Fee (based on the number of participants):
- 1 to 10 participants: $1,000
- 11 to 25 participants: $5,000
- 26 to 50 participants: $10,000
- 51 to 100 participants: $15,000
- 101 to 200 participants: $20,000
- Over 200 participants: contact ASN
Change Fee:
