AKI is one of the most common complications among hospitalized patients and affects patients across all demographic backgrounds. The risk of AKI and subsequent outcomes vary depending on demographic characteristics. This session highlights the epidemiology and outcomes of AKI according to demographic groups and presents specific management approaches.
