Basic/Clinical Science Session
Everything Starts within the Graft
October 27, 2024 | 09:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Location: Room 7, Convention Center
Session Description
Transcriptomic profiles of the allograft provide incredible insights into new pathways of kidney injury and repair. During this session, experts discuss the role of tissue analysis by RNA sequencing and epigenetic profiling. Metabolomic profiling has also emerged as a new approach to assessing graft injury.
Learning Objective(s)
- Explain how transcriptome profiling can help dissect tissue injury
- Summarize epigenetic profiling and graft injury
- Describe the role of interleukin-33 in allograft responses
Learning Pathway(s)
- Kidney Transplantation
