Session Description
This session is a response to the 2023 NIDDK Scientific Workshop on Post-Dialysis Fatigue and a Kidney Health Initiative Report on dialysis-related muscle cramping. Both symptoms have important effects on patients' quality of life and are often not discussed before starting dialysis. This session discusses the causes, management, and effect of dialysis modality on these major, but frequently neglected, symptoms.

- Discuss the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, mechanisms, and treatment of post-dialysis fatigue and cramping
