Tara I. Chang, MD, MS, FASN, is a Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Nephrology at Stanford University. Her research program focuses on hypertension and cardiovascular outcomes in CKD. Dr. Chang is a certified Hypertension Specialist and is part of the Stanford Hypertension Center which provides innovative care for patients with severe hypertension.
