Organised by the Hong Kong Society of Nephrology (HKSN) under the Auspices of the International Association of Chinese Nephrologists (IACN), the Congress is designed to provide a platform for sharing the state-of-the-art scientific research on kidney disease and treatment among Chinese nephrologists globally. Previous years, 4 very successful ICCNs have been held: 1st ICCN in Hong Kong in 2015, 2nd ICCN in Taipei in 2017, 3rd ICCN in Nanjing in 2019 and 4th ICCN in Guangzhou in 2023. The scientific contents, academic and social interactions and participation from global nephrologists were very impressive and it is expected 2,000 delegates and faculty from Mainland China and the world to attend to make an even more successful Congress in Hong Kong this year. Notably, the celebration of the 45th Anniversary of Hong Kong Society of Nephrology will be organized during the Congress.
