How do I change my address, email address, or update my other information?
You can now update all of your information, including address, email address, phone, etc., through our Online Member Services Center.
I renewed my membership online, but I never received an email receipt. Where can I get one?
All receipts are emailed to the email address on record after payment confirmation. However, they can sometimes be delayed as much as 24 hours. These receipts are also computer generated, so they may have been blocked by your spam filter. Please check your spam/junk email folder to ensure that it is not there. If is has not been blocked by your spam filter, and you renewed over 24 hours ago, contact our membership department at membership@asn-online.org to arrange for a new receipt to be sent to you.
I just renewed my membership online and my credit card was charged twice. What do I do?
Please contact our membership department at membership@asn-online.org or 202-659-0599 and they can arrange for a refund.
When I try to renew my membership online, I keep getting directed to the ASN homepage. Can you help?
This is indicative of an error in your member record in our online database. Please contact our membership department at membership@asn-online.org or 202-659-0599 to correct the error.

You can request missing journals be sent to you with our missing publications form.
