Renal WeekEnds CME
How to Obtain CME Credit
In order to receive credit, participants must complete the online evaluation form and attestation statement WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE COURSE. Credit is NOT available beyond 60 days after the course date.
- You will need your ASN ID and registration number from your Renal
- WeekEnds badge to access the Evaluation.
- Complete the entire evaluation and check the box attesting your attendance
- at the activity.
- Credits completed will be posted to your ASN Official Transcript within 30
- days of completing the evaluation and attestation. Once your credits appear on your Official ASN Transcript, you will be able to print your certificate.
- Your ASN Official Transcript can be viewed at the ASN website from the
- "Renal Reminders" box.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance for international physicians and allied healthcare professionals will only be available at the registration desk after the course begins.
