Renal Week Abstracts Online

The American Society of Nephrology will now publish meeting abstracts in online form only. ASN will no longer provide a hard-copy version of the JASN abstracts supplement. This decision is consistent with other professional societies similar to ASN. Society members and leaders have expressed growing concern regarding the size, weight and potential waste of printing this book. In addition, ASN recognizes that continuing to add features and capabilities to the abstracts on line, which includes an itinerary builder, extensive keyword search, and PDA download option, is the best investment it can make on behalf of both members and Renal Week participants.

ASN members can access the abstracts online from the ASN website or during Renal Week. View ASN's abstracts archives for examples of previous years.

The abstracts will be available in October 2009.
