Previous courses have been hugely successful and space is limited! Those preparing for Maintenance of Certification are increasing our numbers each year. Please register early to ensure your place in the 2008 course. The pre registration deadline is Friday, August 8, 2008. Onsite registration may not be possible, due to space limitations.

* For all Fellows, we require the name of your Training Program Director and their daytime telephone number, to document your active fellowship status.
NOTE: To register as a member, your ASN membership must be current (2008 dues paid) and you must provide us with your ASN membership number at the time of registration.
Non-Members: To become a Member of the ASN, please go to ASN Member Services for details about joining this prestigious society. The ASN must receive and process your completed membership application and dues payment by Friday, July 25, 2008, in order for you to secure a discounted registration fee. Your membership must be confirmed BEFORE you can register as an ASN member. If you register as a non-member and then apply for membership with the ASN, you will not be eligible for a refund of the difference in rates.Official Symposia and Workshop Registration (at no additional cost)
We invite you to join us Sunday evening, August 24, and Tuesday evening, August 26, for two Official Dinner Symposia. These special dinner programs are open to all Board Review Course registrants, but SPACE IS LIMITED and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Onsite admittance to these sessions will be based on the availability of space.
The ASN is pleased to offer 12 breakfast and midday workshops in addition to the regularly scheduled general sessions. These workshops DO NOT conflict with regular review sessions and are open to anyone, however pre-registration is requested.
If you plan to attend these exciting sessions, please register online by completing the appropriate sections on the registration form. Your course confirmation email will indicate the workshops and symposia for which you are registered. you download a registration form from the ASN website, you should be certain to submit both your course registration form and your workshop/official symposia registration form at the same time to the ASN.
Beginning Sunday, August 23, continental breakfast is available each day from 6:15 am – 7:15 am to all those attending breakfast workshops, as well as to all other registrants. There is no fee to attend the midday workshops. However, if you plan to take advantage of the lunch provided, you must pre register and pay the $30.00 luncheon meal fee. Daily lunch service coincides with the first half-hour of the midday workshop(s).
Daily Luncheon Meals
For your convenience, a luncheon meal is available at a discounted cost of $30.00 each. You will need to purchase the luncheon meal tickets IN ADVANCE, so please indicate on the registration form which luncheons you want, and add their total cost to your registration payment. A ticket will be issued for each meal purchased. There can be no refunds for meals cancelled after Friday, August 8, 2008. Luncheon meals cannot be added onsite. A vegetarian option will be available each day to those who indicate this as their choice in the space provided on the registration form.
Registration Materials
Your registration materials, including your meeting badge, syllabus, and luncheon meal tickets (if applicable) will be available to you onsite at the ASN Registration Desk. Registration begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, August 23, 2008, in the Regency Foyer. Please have your confirmation email available as proof of registration and to receive your meeting materials.

Refunds for Cancellation
Cancellation notification and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the ASN by Friday, August 8, 2008. Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be made after the conclusion of the course. Course expenses preclude our granting refund requests received after Friday, August 8.
